Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We Ship all orders to the address provided. We take no responsibility for items shipped to the wrong address unless it was a clerical error on our end. We strive to have all orders shipped within 3 business days except for sales and during high demand times like holidays, processing can be longer than 3 business days. If you need an item rushed out there is a $10.00 fee to process the order within 24 business hours.

 

However, specialty items and sales will ship within 5-7 business days! If your shipment will be prolonged on regular items we will notify or state on invoice.

 

Most items ship from one of our warehouses in Louisiana. However, we pull from warehouses all over the country and sometimes you may get an order in multiple shipments.  Sometimes the entire order will ship from the vendor if we feel this will expedite your shipment. We strive to get your order out as fast as we can and processing times are always listed at the top of the shopping cart.

 

We do offer several different shipping options.  If you need expedited guaranteed shipping, please email us your order or contact us regarding shipping. We know some orders are more time-sensitive then others and want to make sure that we can completely satisify your needs.  We strive to keep most of the items on our site in stock, but inventory stock changes often. If an item is on backorder you may choose to preorder this item.

If you order an item with a shipping method other than Ground service, we will happily ship it out with that service for you.  However, please understand that choosing an expedited shipping method does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship by next day, depending on when your order is received (and what you order), some take several days.  

 

International Shipping

Go ahead and order!   Please understand - we have absolutely no control over Tarifs, Taxes, Import Duties, etc. etc.  We will be happy to ship to you, HOWEVER, you are responsible for any additional fees that may be assessed when you receive your order.  You must pay these to get your order.  IF you refuse your shipment, SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE and International orders are non-refundable, and as such, all International orders are final (i.e. - all sales are final).  Please keep this in mind when ordering.

 

Backorders
We make every effort to ensure that the items are in stock when you order them (or if shipped from an outside warehouse, that the items are available for shipping.)  However, some items are in high demand, therefore, can cause backorders.  If this is the case, you may preorder items and we will ship any backorders to you at a later date at no additional shipping to you.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been processed, the customer will receive the tracking information via email within 48 hours. Although, it does not necessarily mean your order didn’t ship, it just means Tracking was not directly added yet, once order is “marked shipped” or “fulfilled” it means order is processed, typically we don’t accept add ones at this pint, However, if you prefer to save (when applicable) on shipping, a charge of $2.00 will be added on.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined according to product weight and destination location. 

We offer domestic addresses (United States/Canada) free ground shipping on orders over $400. 

 

Return/Refund Policy

Returns

All authorized returns, missing items, & exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving date original freight fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for freight fees for returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if wrong materials were sent and/or purchased. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at playtimeblanks@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
