Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within an estimated 3 business days. If you need an item rushed out, we will rush your items to the top of our list for a $10.00 rush fee , this typically goes out within the time order is placed to close of business next time. Specialty items do not qualify for the rush fee service, however if items are combined, we will rush out the remainder of the order, and specialty items will go out within estimated timeframe.
Please note, specialty items and sales will ship within an estimated 5-7 business days. Holidays or seasonal demand times can alter these time frames.
We strive to keep most of the items on our site in stock, but inventory stock changes often. If an item is on backorder or a discrepancy occurs we will contact you as soon as we are aware with explanation and next step options. If we have no other options to offer, we may refund without prior notice except a notification with refund details.
Most items ship from one of our shops in Louisiana. However, we pull from warehouses all over the country; this may result with an order with multiple shipments. The good news is, you are not charged any extra shipping when this occurs. In addition sometimes the entire order will ship straight from the vendor if we feel this will expedite or better fulfill your shipment.
We know some orders are more time-sensitive then others and want to make sure that we can completely satisfy your needs, customer satisfaction is a priority for us, so we do our best to provide items within in a timely manner.
